Chen underwent Tommy John surgery in 2012 and did not appear in a game that season, returning late in the 2013 season. On July 11, 2014 Chen was promoted from development player to a regular team contract (with his uniform number changing from 118 to 59) and made his official professional debut three days later at Mazda Zoom-Zoom Stadium versus the Hiroshima Carp

Chen joined the free agent player tryouts for the Chiba Lotte Marines of NPB in November, 2014, and after a successful tryout was signed to a one-year, 6 million Japanese Yen contract in December.
In the 2015 preseason, Chen earned a spot in the Lotte starting rotation and made his debut with the team in the opening series in Fukuoka versus the defending champion SoftBank Hawks. That start ended in a loss, and for the first few months of the season Chen split time between the ichi-gun team and the ni-gun team in Urawa. However, by the summer Chen was back with the ichi-gun team on a permanent basis, and in the push for a Climax Series spot he proved invaluable, finishing the regular season with 14 2/3 consecutive innings pitched without an earned run.
Chiba Lotte resigned Chen for the 2016 season on January 6

The Priroda (Russian: Природа; English: Nature) (TsM-I, 77KSI, 11F77I) module was the seventh and final module of the Mir Space Station. Its primary purpose was to conduct Earth resource experiments through remote sensing and to develop and verify remote sensing methods. The control system of Priroda was developed by the Khartron (Kharkov, Ukraine).
Priroda was originally designed to carry a deployable solar array. However, due to delays, and the fact that solar arrays were planned for other parts of Mir, a solar array was not included in the launch configuration. Instead, during free flight, Priroda was powered by two redundant sets of batteries totaling 168 2016 discount sandro clothing. Priroda had an unpressurized instrument compartment and a habitable instrument/payload compartment. The unpressurized compartment contained propulsion system components, EVA handrails, and scientific equipment. The instrument/payload compartment was divided into two sections: an outer instrument section and an inner habitation and work compartment. Experiments on Priroda were provided by twelve different nations. These experiments covered microwave, visible, near infrared, and infrared spectral regions using both passive and active sounding methods.
Remote sensing instruments:
Priroda was launched on April 23, 1996 on a Proton rocket. After reaching orbit
, Priroda would only have one attempt at docking before power would be lost. This caused some concern for ground controllers because most other modules failed to dock on their first attempt. However, Priroda docked with no problems on April 26. After being moved to its permanent location at the +Z docking port on the base block, Priroda was connected to the rest of the station’s electrical system which allowed it to run off power from solar arrays on other modules. The crew onboard then removed the batteries from Priroda and stored them in Progress M-31 for a destructive re-entry.
During the last expedition to Mir in 2000, power loads were reportedly so high, that the crew was not able to activate any of Priroda’s payloads.
Priroda, along with the other Mir components were destroyed when the Mir station was de-orbited in March 2001, entering the Earth’s atmosphere.

„I’ll Try“ is a song written and recorded by American country music artist Alan Jackson. It was released in January 1996 as the second single from his 1995 compilation album The Greatest Hits Collection. Like „Tall, Tall Trees“ (the other newly recorded track on that compilation), it was a number-one hit on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks. It also reached number 5 on the Canadian RPM Country Tracks chart.
Jackson told Billboard magazine, „Everybody kept telling me, ‚You need to come out with a positive love song.‘ I’ve had a lot of sad ballads, but I have a hard time writing those [positive love songs] because there’s a tendency to get real sappy with them so they’re not real. That’s the way most of them come off to me

. I wanted to write one that was realistic, what I call a realistic approach to a positive love song.“
The song is a mid-tempo love ballad with the male narrator pledging his faithfulness to his significant other regardless of the relationship complications that may occasionally arise and despite the narrator’s imperfect well-being. The line „Both know damn well it’s not easy together,“ from the first verse, was changed to „We both know too well…“ in the radio edit.
Deborah Evans Price of Billboard magazine reviewed the song favorably, saying „How refreshing—an honest love song. Instead of promising the moon and stars, Jackson has penned a song that simply says, „I’m not perfect
, just another man/But I will give you all that I am/And I’ll try to love only you/And I’ll try my best to be true/Oh darlin‘ I’ll try.“ What more could a woman want? Honesty is the best policy, and this realistic look at love is destined to be a hit with country music lovers everywhere.“
„I’ll Try“ debuted at number 67 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks for the week of December 30, 1995.
Eldredge Public Library is the public library of Chatham, Massachusetts. It is located at 564 Main Street, in a National Register-listed Romanesque Revival building donated by Chatham native Marcellus Eldredge. It was designed by Boston architect A. M. Marble.
The library is set at the southeast corner of Main Street and Library Lane in Chatham’s central business district. It is a 1-1/2 story brick and stone structure, with a slate roof and a granite foundation. Its Romanesque Revival features include parapeted end walls, eyebrow dormers, and brownstone trim, including beltcourses, window trim, and corner quoining. A 1968 addition, extending the building to the rear, was rebuilt in the early 1990s to more sympathetically resemble the original building. The interior has floors of marble and oak, and lavish oak woodwork.
The Chatham library has its origins in a small library in South Chatham in 1875, and a library and reading room in Chatham village in 1887. Marcellus Eldredge, a Chatham native who made a fortune as a brewer in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, offered the town a new library building, which was constructed in 1896 at a cost of $30,000. The designer was the otherwise little-known Boston architect A. M. Marble. Eldredge also established a $20,000 endowment to maintain the library. This building was enlarged in 1968 to a design by Alger and Gunn of Hyannis, and again in 1991-92 by A. Anthony Tappe of Boston.
The library was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its architectural significance in 1992. It is the only major Romanesque Revival work in the town
